What we provide
DiaperFitFinder provides a tool for comparing prices and fit information across diaper brands. The site:
- Aggregates publicly available pricing from major retailers
- Maintains a catalog of diaper products with manufacturer-published weight ranges
- Provides educational content about diaper selection
What we don’t provide
- Medical advice. Information on this site is not a substitute for guidance from your child’s pediatrician, dermatologist, or other medical professional. If your child has rashes, persistent leakage, or any unusual reaction, consult a doctor.
- Guarantees of fit. Manufacturer-published weight ranges are the basis for our Fit Finder, but babies’ shapes vary. A diaper that fits one 18-pound baby may not fit another. Use our recommendations as a starting point, not a guarantee.
- Real-time accurate pricing. Prices change frequently. The price shown at the moment you search may not match the price at checkout, especially on Amazon. We refresh pricing as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.
Affiliate relationships
DiaperFitFinder earns affiliate commissions when you click through to a retailer and make a purchase. This is fully disclosed on our About page and Privacy Policy. The price you pay is unchanged whether you click our link or go directly to the retailer.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Specifically, you may not:
- Scrape the site at high volume or in a way that imposes meaningful load on our servers
- Republish our pricing data as your own product (we don’t generate the prices — retailers do — but our catalog and editorial content are ours)
- Misrepresent affiliate relationships or use the site to defraud retailers
- Use the site as part of an automated bot or commercial reseller operation
Intellectual property
The site’s design, code, and editorial content (buying guides, product descriptions, this Terms page) are the intellectual property of DiaperFitFinder. You’re welcome to link to our pages, share them on social media, and quote short excerpts in your own writing with attribution. You may not copy our pages wholesale and republish them.
Brand names mentioned on the site (Pampers, Huggies, Honest, Kirkland Signature, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names for descriptive comparison purposes only and have no affiliation with the brands unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of liability
DiaperFitFinder is provided “as-is.” We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the site — including but not limited to a diaper that didn’t fit, a price that changed, or a product that wasn’t right for your baby.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law (for example, in some U.S. states for grossly negligent conduct).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
