Common reasons people write us
“Your data is wrong”
If a price, weight range, brand, or product detail is incorrect, please send us:
- The product name (brand and full product line — e.g., “Pampers Pure Protection”)
- The size
- What’s wrong (and what it should be, if you know)
- Where you spotted it (page URL helps)
We’ll verify and update within a few days.
“Please add this brand”
We’re always looking to add brands that meaningful numbers of parents are using. Send us the brand name, the website where parents typically buy it, and a few example product lines. We prioritize brands that are widely available in the US.
We don’t add brands purely for SEO reasons or because someone offered us payment.
“I’d like to write for you”
If you have professional credentials in pediatrics, dermatology, or environmental science (relevant to diaper materials and chemistry) and would like to contribute a guest article, send us your background and a topic you’d like to cover. We pay for accepted contributions.
We don’t accept unsolicited “guest posts” from SEO agencies, marketing firms, or brand representatives. Our editorial integrity is the entire value of the site.
“I’m a brand and I want to talk”
We’re happy to take corrections, factual updates, or product launch announcements from brand representatives. We do not accept paid placements, sponsored buying-guide entries, or “review opportunities” in exchange for favorable coverage.
If you have a new product, send us details and a sample if available. We’ll review it like we review anything else.
“Press / partnership inquiries”
For media requests, partnership proposals, or business development, email the same address with “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject line. We’ll route appropriately.
What we can’t help with
- Medical questions about your baby’s skin, rashes, or allergies. Please consult your pediatrician.
- Returns, refunds, or shipping issues with retailers. When you buy from Amazon, Walmart, or any other retailer through our links, you’re shopping with that retailer. Returns and customer service are handled by them, not us.
- Account questions. We don’t have user accounts. There’s nothing to log in to.

DiaperFitFinder is a small operation. There’s no support ticket queue. Every email is read by a human who cares. We may not always agree with your suggestion, but we’ll always read it carefully and respond.
